Self Care Yoga
In this class you will be taught the art of Mindfulness through Yoga guided by senior teacher, Catriona Mc Cormack. An excellent antidote to stress. During this class you will receive the tools that you can adapt and use on a day to day basic. We will practice yogic breathing, yoga postures and stretching and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). You will always be encouraged to work at your own pace without any pressure, reaching your goals. The skills you learn in class can be utilised in your daily life. All of this will take place in an enjoyable and friendly space.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. Jannette Bloom will be teaching from the UK. Jan has been practicing Yoga since childhood as her mother is a advanced yogi of many years. She is a wonderful teacher, knowledgeable and has a dept of knowledge of the philosophy of Yoga.
A deeply Relaxing Yoga class with Catriona. We will be focusing on Mindfulness in daily life. Easy daily life techniques you can use after the class. Postures for hip flexibility, topped off with Yoga Nidra (deep Relaxation)Today I will be going through Pranyayama,proper breathing which is a great antidote to anxiety, worry, fear & stress. Catriona's passion is to teach Mindfulness through the art of Yoga and looking advocated self care through Yoga.
A gentle yoga class designed to relax and stretch the body while calming the mind. During this class you will receive the tools that you can adapt and use on a day to day basic. Using the art of Mindfulness we will use breathing, gentle movement, and meditation in this class to move you to a place of full relaxation to rejuvenation of your body and mind. This class allows plenty of time to recharge the batteries. You will leave class feeling calm, grounded, energised and with a sense of peace.
