Mindfulness Yoga

Monday September. 9th
7.30-8.30pm

In this class you will be taught the art of  Mindfulness through Yoga guided by senior teacher, Catriona Mc Cormack. An excellent antidote to stress. We will practice yogic breathing, yoga postures, stretching and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). You will improve your flexibility,ease out tightness and tension in both your body and mind. In Catriona's class you will be guided to practice at your own pace, given modifications to suit your specific requirements without any pressure to help you reach your goals. The skills you learn in class can be utilised in your daily life. All of this will take place in an enjoyable and friendly space.

Fee: €120 for a 10 Class Pass valid for 3 months. Take any class.

Restorative Yoga

Friday September 13th

7.30-8.30pm

An Alternative Friday Evening

Begin your weekend on a deeply relaxing note. After a busy and demanding week why not give yourself this "Time Out" to Relax and Wind Down and feel rested for the weekend. A gentle yoga class designed to relax the body while calming the mind whilst gently stretching and easing out tension in your body. Using the art of Mindfulness we will use yogic breathing, gentle movement, and meditation in this class to move you to a place of full relaxation to rejuvenation of your body and mind. This class allows plenty of time to recharge the batteries. You will enjoy a deeply restful night's sleep after this class. Taught by senior teacher, Catriona Mc Cormack. In Catriona's class you are guided at your own pace, given modifications to suit your specific requirements and always be encouraged to work at your own pace.
