This is a wonderful way of starting Yoga or progressing an existing practice. No prior experience necessary.
It is also ideal for addressing specific physical or emotional limitations which present themselves in general classes.
You will receive a personally designed daily session for you to do at home or a few times a week which suits your body and/or goals.
In a general sense, we can address things like weight loss, toning certain muscle groups post injury or just generally, relaxation techniques, meditation practices which suit your mind activity, whatever your personal goal is we can discuss the possibilities. It is also ideal for addressing specific physical or emotional limitations which present themselves in general classes.
